Justin joined Beaird Harris in 2006 and provides proactive tax planning, compliance, and strategic business solutions to service oriented entrepreneurs and closely-held businesses with a particular emphasis in the medical, dental, and healthcare industries.

Justin is a member of the firm’s Strategic Marketing and Recruitment & Retention Committees. He also serves as the spokesperson at college recruiting events and mentors many of the firm’s young professionals.

Justin graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Justin received his CPA licnse in 2008 and CFP^® certication in 2011. Justin is a member of the American Institute of Certied Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.

Justin serves a very active role in the profession, including recently being elected to Dallas CPA Society’s 2014 leadership team and serving on the Undergraduate Advisory Council at the University of Texas at Dallas’s Jindal School of Management and the Texas Society of CPAs Young and Emerging Professionals Committee. In 2012 he was awarded the Outstanding Committee Chairman Award by the Dallas CPA Society for his work in creating and leading the Young Professionals Group where he continues to promote leadership and networking opportunities for young professionals. He was also chosen as an outstanding professional among his peers to be part of the inaugural Leadership and Development Academy sponsored by the Dallas CPA Society. Justin also frequently presents on professional issues and leadership including presenting to leaders from across the state at the Texas Society of CPAs Leadership Day and accounting programs at the University of Texas at Dallas and the University of North Texas.
