Tra joined Beaird Harris in in 2017 after nearly 20 years with one of the largest financial services firms in the country, Fidelity Investments.  He currently serves as a Wealth Manager and is the lead advisor for our Retirement Plan Services.

Tra strongly embraces the firm’s “fee-only” business model as Beaird Harris was an early adopter and advocate of this approach in the financial services industry.  He sees his most important role as being a trusted advisor to the clients who have engaged him to help meet their financial goals and objectives.

Tra specializes in working with high net worth individuals, families and businesses, with a particular emphasis in the healthcare industry. He guides clients through financial decisions, educating them on their investments, estate plans, insurance policies and employee benefits, and works with clients to develop and implement their financial plans. He has vast experience in retirement income strategy, tax efficient investing, risk management, asset protection, and trust and estate planning.

As the lead advisor for our Retirement Plan Services, Tra works with plan sponsors, trustees, investment committee members, and plan administrators, to help build and optimize successful retirement plans.

Tra received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of North Texas in 1998 where he majored in Finance.  He received his Master of Business Administration, also in Finance, from the University of Dallas in 2003.  Tra is also a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional.
